DCWéditions is an iconic lamp manufacturer from France — so iconic that their lamp even sits on President Macron’s desk. However, their brand image had become outdated. To maintain their position in the contemporary design world, DCW launched a bold repositioning with a clear message: «Do Not Live in the Dark». This is a powerful call to recognize the importance of lighting in creating mood and atmosphere. The contrast of shadows and light, refined typography, and a brand story that portrays each lamp as a legend revived desire for their products. The result? Improved recognition, the ability to capture buyers’ attention, and a return to the spotlight
