Brief description of the project
The exhibition Grow Out? Growing Up? Contemporary Art Collecting in the Baltics balances between contrasts: light and heavy, natural and artificial, digital and analogue. Each exhibited work of art has emotional "weight" and a story. Hence, the architecture aims to create an environment that is as light as possible, almost invisible, not to burden the exhibits. The result is a homogeneous cloud of "levitating" art, where the works can be seen from both the front and back, revealing transparency and truthfulness.
