Brief description of the project
This year, we celebrated the restoration of Latvia's independence at a time when our Ukrainian brothers and sisters were fighting for their freedom and independence. Therefore, it was especially important to express not only our patriotism in the city’s communication but also support for Ukraine. The chosen medium were black and white photographs which depict the events during the proclamations of independence in Latvia and Ukraine and highlights the similarities between our and other nations' destinies.
